Avil Noronha is an MBA in Customer Relationship Management from Symbiosis University and is a certified customer service trainer from Telephone Doctor, USA.
He brings over two decades experience working with Munich Re group in US, UAE, Saudi Arabia & India. In his last role, he was part of the project team in the capacity of Head of Customer Service for setting up an insurance company in Saudi Arabia
He is also the Founder CEO of Medicon India Aggregators Pvt Ltd, a company with a vision to make healthcare affordable.

His leadership roles in renowned companies such as Visa Lounge, Kuoni, SOTC, Go Air &B Sahara Airlines have shaped his expertise in building successful businesses. Clevio’s ability to forge strategic partnerships, coupled with his passion for customer-centric solutions, has positioned him as a key figure in both the travel and medical tourism sectors.

Metilda is a graduate in Microbiology & Law & a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India.
Metilda comes with 3 decades of experience in the Life Insurance industry beginning her journey with Life Insurance Corporation of India & then as part of the Founding Team of HDFC Standard Life Insurance Co Ltd.
She has extensive experience in managing most operational functions of insurance ranging from New Business processing, Policy servicing, managing varied customer touch points viz. Branch Operations, call center, e mail, social media and grievance redressal. She has headed Operations of Group Business, Underwriting, Claims and Persistency.
