The Website www.healthroutesglobal.com and other Domains/Sub-Domains listed and registered under the Parent Company “HEALTH ROUTES GLOBAL” is an Internet based Web Portal owned and operated under the brand name “HealthRoutes Global” as one of the medium to facilitate Customers/Users/ Visitors to this website to Book/Avail/Buy all Healthcare related products and services at an Affordable or Discounted Rates through its Network of Empanelled Healthcare Service Providers/Vendors.

“HealthRoutes Global” is a Healthcare Management Company intended to facilitate and provide all types of Healthcare related products and services (All Diagnostic Tests, Pathology Tests, Day care procedures, Health Check Ups and all other Healthcare related products and services) to all the Users and Visitors at www.healthroutesglobal.com at an Affordable and Discounted Rates through its Network of Paneled Healthcare Service Providers/Vendors.

The Services, Terms & Conditions are subject to change from time to time, at the sole discretion of HealthRoutes Global and the user is required to agree and comply with the updated Terms & Conditions listed with all parts included in order to proceed and avail the Services.

HealthRoutes Global Provides services through the Website and by Customers/Users/Visitors contacting us through the customer care numbers listed on the website to Book/Avail/Buy all healthcare related products and services through its Network of Empanelled Healthcare Service Providers/Vendors. HealthRoutes Global is not and shall not be responsible for any Diagnostic Tests, Pathology Tests, Health Checkups, Day Care Procedures and all other Healthcare related products and Services conducted/processed/managed by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors.

Customer/User/Visitor alone shall be liable for his/her dealings and interaction with the Service Provider/Diagnostic Centre/Laboratories contacted or Managed through the Website and “HealthRoutes Global” will not be responsible or liable in this regard.

Customer/User/Visitor shall also abide by the Terms & Conditions and guidelines provided by the Healthcare Service Provider/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors. The Customer/User/Visitor is required to adhere to the operating rules, procedures and policies applicable to each service.

The Healthcare Service Provider/Vendor selected/opted/chosen/booked by the customer/user/visitor for any of its Products and Services may have laid down certain Terms & Conditions, Guidelines, Operating Rules, Operating Procedures, Compliance and Policies and the Customer/User/Visitor shall be responsible for ensuring the compliance of the same.

HealthRoutes Global is a Web Portal through which the Customer/User/Visitor can book his/her appointment at the selected Healthcare Service Provider/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor empanelled with HealthRoutes Global to provide all the Healthcare related service to its Customers/Users/Visitors/Patients.

Personal Information

The Customer/User/Visitor/Patient has to provide with His / Her Personal Information in order to proceed with the booking of the service or availing the service, and by doing this the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient is giving His/Her consent to HealthRoutes Global and its Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors to be contacted via Phone/SMS/Email/Letter or any other means of communication.

By Visiting/Browsing/Using the Website and Providing Customer/User/Visitor/Patients Personal Information, the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient clearly gives the consent to receive Calls/SMS/Email/Letter and other Marketing Promotional Materials about HealthRoutes Global and its Services in the future.

The Customer/User/Visitor/Patient gives his consent for his Personal Information to be shared with the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor including his (Name, Contact Number, Email ID, etc.), HealthRoutes Global has no liability on how these information is being used by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor.

“HealthRoutes Global” has the right to deny any of its Services to those Users whom it identifies or suspects that they have provided False, Inaccurate, Inactive or Incomplete Information at its Sole Discretion.

“HealthRoutes Global” hereby informs Customer/User/Visitor/Patient visiting the website www.healthroutesglobal.com that they are not permitted or allowed to host/publish/display/upload/share any information that belongs to another Person or entity and to which the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient does not have any right to do such activity.

In case of any Customer/User/Visitor/Patient does not want to be contacted by HealthRoutes Global and its associates at any given point of time, in that case the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient just have to send an Email to support@healthroutesglobal.com informing the same. On receiving such request all data pertaining to that Customer/User/Visitor/Patient will be deleted from our Website/Database including all of the Users Personal Information.

Appointments & Bookings

The Appointment or the Booking for all/any of the Diagnostic Tests such as MRI Scan, CT Scan, PET Scan, etc. selected by the Customer/User/Visitor shall be considered as Booked and Confirmed only after it has been Validated by our Customer Service Representative on the call after a successful enquiry has been generated by the Customer/User/Visitor through the web portal www.healthroutesglobal.com.

Only Booking/Enquiry on the Web Portal www.healthroutesglobal.com where the Customer/User/Visitor has provided with the details does not ensure and will not be considered as a Confirmed Booking/Appointment for the selected Diagnostic Tests.

Once our Customer Service Representative has confirmed the Booking/Enquiry on the call, the Diagnostic Test selected along with the Patients detail will be provided to the Healthcare Service Provider/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor selected/chosen/agreed by the Customer/User/Visitor and the Booking/Enquiry will be considered as Confirmed Appointment and the Customer/User/Visitor will then receive a Confirmation SMS/Email for the Confirmed Appointment which the Customer/User/Visitor has to Display/Provide/Show the same SMS/Email to the Healthcare Service Provider/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor.

The Appointment Time mentioned in the Confirmation SMS/Email is considered as tentative time slot and may be subject to delays as per the slot allotment and availability or because of the delay caused by other Customers/Patients at the Healthcare Service Provider/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor. HealthRoutes Global shall have no liability or responsibility in this regard.

The Appointment Confirmation SMS/Email is non-transferrable and cannot be used for any other Patient.

The Discount/Deal provided to you by HealthRoutes Global for the Diagnostic Tests/Services selected by the Customer/User/Visitor are validated by our Customer Service Representative via SMS/Email is only valid for the Date mentioned in the SMS/Email and will be considered invalid thereafter.

In Events where the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor is unable to provide services for the selected Diagnostic Tests/Services or its services are stopped due to maintenance, technical errors or any other concerns, “HealthRoutes Global” will make an attempt to contact the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient to convey the message about the service disruption caused and will make all possible efforts to do necessary arrangements or provide alternate Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor if available.

Liability

“HealthRoutes Global” shall not be responsible or liable in any means to its Customers/Users/Visitors/Patients for any Loss/Damage/Injuries/expenses incurred by the users as a result of any Disclosures made by “HealthRoutes Global” where the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient has given its consent for availing/using any Diagnostic Tests, Pathology Tests, Health Checkups, Day Care Procedures and all other Healthcare related products and Services conducted/processed/managed by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors.

“HealthRoutes Global” will not be responsible or liable to its Customers/Users/Visitors/Patients for any actions taken against them for hosting/publishing/displaying/uploading/sharing any information that belongs to another Person or entity and to which the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient does not have any right to do such activities and will have to bear the consequences for the same.

“HealthRoutes Global” is and shall not be responsible or liable for any negligence/errors made by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors for the Healthcare related products and Services opted by the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient, for any such events and occurrences the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient has to contact/coordinate with the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor.

“HealthRoutes Global” is and shall not be responsible or liable for any errors or incorrect reports generated due to incorrect Diagnostic Tests, Pathology Tests, Health Checkups or any other procedures conducted/processed/managed by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors or due to any negligence by them.

“HealthRoutes Global” or any of its Directors, Officers, employees, agents or content or Service Providers be liable for any type of Direct, Indirect, Special, Incidental, Consequential, exemplary or punishing damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use the website or its related contents, materials and functions.

“HealthRoutes Global” or any of its Directors, Officers, employees, agents shall not be responsible or liable for any damages, losses, mishaps caused due to the inability or failure to provide all or any of the Products and Services provided by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors.

“HealthRoutes Global” is and shall not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses caused to the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors due to any Comments/Feedbacks/Reviews given by any of the Customers/Users/Visitors/Patients in relation to the Services provided by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors.

The listing of all the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors on the Website is based on numerous factors and algorithms, and hence the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors is liable or responsible for the order they have been listed and displayed on the website.

We at “HealthRoutes Global” put all required efforts and measures to ensure that the description and content on the website is correct and updated, but, however, “HealthRoutes Global” does not take any responsibility for any changes or errors occurred on any of the description and contents on the website due to human or data entry errors or for any loss or damages caused to any of the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient due to any information or content on the website.

The Data/Descriptions/Content published on the website in relation to the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors are provided by the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendors, and since “HealthRoutes Global” is not the Service Provider and therefore cannot control or prevent any damages or losses caused due to these Data/Descriptions/Content.

“HealthRoutes Global” shall not be responsible for the delay or inability to use the website or its related services, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information, software, products, services and related graphics obtained through the website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the website, whether based on contract, wrongful act, negligence, strict liability or otherwise.

Further “HealthRoutes Global” shall not be held responsible for non-availability of the website during regular maintenance, upgradation or any unplanned suspension of access to the website caused due to technical error or for any reason which is beyond control.

Termination

“HealthRoutes Global” reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient to the website and the services with or without prior notice in events where the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient breaches any terms and conditions of this agreement, a third party claims violation of any of its rights as a result of the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient uses or access the service on our website.

“HealthRoutes Global” reserves the right to suspend or terminate the access of the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient to the website and the services with or without prior notice in events where “HealthRoutes Global” is unable to verify or authenticate any information provided by the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient.

“HealthRoutes Global” shall not be liable to the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient or any third party for termination of any service. Should the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient object to any Terms & Conditions of this agreement, any terms of service or is dissatisfied with the service at any given point of time, the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient is requested to immediately discontinue use of the website/Service and may also notify “HealthRoutes Global” of such discontinuance.

The Customer/User/Visitor/Patient’s right to use the website/service shall be ceased with immediate effect upon termination of the service. The Customer/User/Visitor/Patient shall have no right and “HealthRoutes Global” shall have no obligation thereafter to execute any of the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient’s uncompleted task/request or forward any unread or unsent messages to the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient or any third party or any of the Healthcare Service Provider/Lab/Diagnostic Centre/Vendor. After the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient’s registration or the services are terminated, cancelled or suspended, any stored data of the Customer/User/Visitor/Patient on the website may not be retrieved later.

Rights Reserved

HealthRoutes Global” reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without any prior notice.

This agreement and each Terms of service shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, India.
